Lettings Commission
Letting & Rent Collection Service – 11% + VAT
Full Management Service – 16% + VAT

A Renewal fee will also become due at the point of extension this will be charged at the same rate as the agreed commission fee above.

Method of payment:
Credit Card and Overseas cards will incur an additional charge of 2% charge.
We do not accept Credit Card payments relating to balance of move in monies.
