Jason is the Senior Property Manager; who has worked with us for 7 years! He deals with everything from providing legal support to deposit disputes, insurance claims and all the day-to-day aspects of on-going tenancies. With more than 16 years’ experience in the property industry and an ARLA qualification, Jason offers a friendly and highly efficient service. Jason is known to be the biggest chocoholic of all. Not a single day passes by when he doesn’t indulge on some sweet chocolate treats. On Sundays, he likes to take his mountain bike for long rides and to spend time with his two children.

Shelley brings more than 10 years of experience in property management to Rubicon, she works closely and liaises with our tenants to ensure their properties are kept in the best possible condition they can be.

Aside from Shelley’s professionalism and understanding of the industry, she is a credit to our team due to her friendly and warm nature. Outside of work, Shelley is a devoted mother and dedicates her free time to her three children as well as socialising with friends.

Amanda Mangan Managing Director

Amanda Mangan is the owner and Managing Director of Rubicon Estates for the last 18 years. In her professional career, she has specialized in lettings, sales, and management in Canary Wharf area managing over 360 properties.

She is a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with experience in real estate industry. Amanda Mangan is independent and original in her thoughts.

Amanda has a holistic approach to business that has ensured a medium of communication, promoting knowledge, growth, and learning. She is a leader and team player, portraying her vision, culture and ensuring fulfillment.
